The team disagrees on what needs to be fixed
Leadership, sales and marketing may each diagnose the problem differently, creating fragmented priorities and competing projects.
Diagnostic
A 4 week done-with-you diagnostic across pipeline, authority, systems, and operations. You leave with ICP priorities, buying-committee analysis, messaging gaps, channel strategy, RFP potential, operating model, and a scoped Build recommendation.

Companies that trust Locatix for pipeline and/or authority work.

A weak quarter may look like a lead-generation problem. A stalled deal may look like a sales problem. Low conversion may appear to require a new website. In technical markets, the real constraint can sit anywhere across targeting, positioning, proof, activation, stakeholder engagement or internal execution.
Leadership, sales and marketing may each diagnose the problem differently, creating fragmented priorities and competing projects.
Companies hire SDRs, commission a website, produce content or adopt new tools without first establishing which constraint is preventing enterprise growth.
Weak targeting can make messaging appear ineffective. Weak proof can make outbound appear ineffective. Poor follow-up can make demand appear weak.
The company has ideas and activity, but no clear sequence of what to fix, who should own it and what should happen during the next 90 days.
Ideal fit
Established technical firms with a proven enterprise offer, material ACV, and executive commitment, but insufficient clarity on which commercial constraint to solve first.

What we assess
Enterprise growth often breaks between targeting, authority, systems, and execution. We identify where the system is leaking and which constraints should be addressed first.
ICP clarity, named accounts, buying committees, outbound systems, follow-up, qualification, and opportunity progression.
Positioning, website, proof, case studies, content, sales assets, and the credibility enterprise buyers need to shortlist you.
CRM, data quality, tracking, automation, handoffs, and the tools connecting marketing activity to sales execution.
Team capacity, ownership, workflows, reporting, and the points where execution breaks down.
How it works
Done-with-you inside your commercial reality. You leave with a practical plan and a clear recommendation for Build, Operations, or internal execution.
Step 01
Assess the current commercial system across pipeline, authority, systems, and operations to find what is blocking growth.
Step 02
Rank account, messaging, and channel gaps against revenue impact and readiness for a 90-day Phase I build.
Step 03
Deliver the scaffolded plan: operating model, Phase I scope, and sequenced actions with named owners.
Outcomes
Investment
$10K for 4 weeks. Find pipeline bottlenecks and scaffold what to build or run next. $5K credited toward Phase I when you start within 30 days of the diagnostic.
Diagnose the commercial system, prioritize accounts and channels, and leave with a scoped Phase I recommendation and operating plan.
Included
These case studies show Build and Operations execution, not diagnostic engagements. The same commercial discipline applies when the Diagnostic defines what to build first.
GeoApps
B2G webinar campaign
Situation
Government and infrastructure buyers would not commit calendar time without a credible live moment built for B2G evaluation. A generic product webinar would not pull new registrations from net-new public-sector accounts; attendance skewed toward existing client work and relationships already in flight.
After
B2G webinar positioned, promoted, and produced for government and infrastructure evaluators. 100+ accounts registered across Benelux public sector and infrastructure, ~75% live attendance, and SQLs handed to sales from the same programme.

Altitude Intelligence
Website & enterprise GTM
Situation
Defense-grade capability, but classified work could not carry the commercial site. Enterprise proof was thin, outbound was not systematic, and pipeline still ran on referrals.
After
Commercial site with strategic visualizations, plus outbound on named accounts. Qualified conversations at Windward, Vortexa, Cytora, and similar data platform buyers.
MapGear
Multi brand website
Situation
MapGear’s portfolio (GeoApps, MapServices, TouchTable, MapTalk, and partner brands) lived on separate sites with mismatched positioning. Enterprise and government evaluators compared offers in RFx cycles but landed on brochure pages, not proof they could forward internally or use in a shortlist. RFx evaluation therefore only showed a small part of the value proposition.
After
One web system across the ecosystem: shared structure, SEO, AEO, and conversion patterns, with GeoApps shifted from product overview to RFP-ready proof and evaluator paths. Each brand now reads as part of the same regional stack, giving sales consistent narratives and pages buyers use when comparing vendors and building internal cases. GeoApps ranks highly in answer-engine results and priority search terms such as GIS viewer.
Cartography Studio
First outbound motion
Situation
A cartography studio with years in business and real proof from long-standing client work, but pipeline still ran founder- and directors-led with no repeatable outbound. No ICP segmentation, prospect mapping, or cold-email and landing-page stack to reach flagship buyers in consulting, logistics, and social-sector accounts consistently.
After
First outbound motion built end to end: ICP segmentation, market mapping, cold-email infrastructure, landing pages, and ABM strategy with prospect mapping on named accounts. Bookings with firms including Kpler, McKinsey, TomTom, and UNESCO.
Expert authority · GeoApps
Situation
GeoApps needed recurring expert-led moments that government and infrastructure buyers could evaluate against, not one-off release notes or static product pages. Marketing could create awareness, but conversion needed live sessions, distribution, and follow-up assets sales could reuse in active B2G deals.
After
We built a recurring expert authority motion: release events, partner and client sessions, expert-led webinars, recordings, clips, and resource pages that sales and marketing deploy in pre-RFx qualification and active deal follow-up.
