Service Agreement
These terms and conditions govern the use of our services and form a binding agreement between you and Locatix. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services & Scope
- • Marketing Strategy: Development of comprehensive marketing strategies for geospatial and software companies
- • Business Development: Lead generation, outbound campaigns, and customer acquisition
- • Content Creation: Website development, content marketing, and brand positioning
- • Consulting: Strategic advice and implementation guidance for growth initiatives
- • Partner Services: We sometimes work as partners or through partner arrangements with agencies
Work Structures:
- • Build & Release: Project-based work with defined deliverables and timelines
- • Retainer Work: Ongoing monthly services with customized scope
- • Partner/Reseller: Collaborative arrangements helping clients as partners or resellers
Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Payment Terms
We typically charge upfront for services, unless explicitly stated or agreed otherwise. Payment plans and installments are usually negotiable based on project scope.
- • Default Payment: Upfront payment preferred, unless otherwise agreed
- • Payment Plans: Installment options available and negotiable for larger projects
- • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment methods
- • Currency: All payments in EUR unless otherwise specified
- • Invoicing: Payment terms will be clearly outlined in project agreements
- • Project Start: Work commences according to agreed payment schedule
Project Delivery & Timeline
- • Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing before commencement
- • Delays caused by client feedback, revisions, or missing information may affect delivery dates
- • We will communicate any potential delays as soon as they become apparent
- • Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats upon project completion
Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- • Provide access to necessary systems, accounts, or platforms as required
- • Ensure all provided content and materials do not infringe on third-party rights
- • Make payments according to agreed terms before project commencement
Revisions & Changes
- • Minor revisions and adjustments are included within the agreed scope
- • Major changes or scope expansions may require additional fees
- • Change requests must be submitted in writing
- • Additional work will be quoted separately and requires upfront payment
Communication & Marketing
Communication and marketing details:
- • Email Domains: We send communications from locatix.io, locatixmarketing.com, and locatix.eu
- • Partner Communications: Sometimes communications may come from partner agencies we work with
- • Newsletters: Automated newsletters and marketing emails include unsubscribe options
- • Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link
- • Project Updates: Essential project communications will continue even if you opt out of marketing emails
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- • We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business data
- • Client retains ownership of their brand, content, and proprietary information
- • Locatix retains rights to methodologies, processes, and general knowledge gained
- • We may use project results as case studies with client approval
- • Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request
Cancellation & Refunds
- • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
- • No refunds for work already completed or in progress
- • If project is cancelled before commencement, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellent results, marketing outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control:
- • We cannot guarantee specific business results or revenue increases
- • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- • We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or restrictions
- • Market conditions and competition may affect campaign performance
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in the Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96284897.
