Why Locatix exists
Technical markets produce companies with real differentiation. Too often the commercial organization around that strength does not keep pace. Locatix exists to close that gap with capability, not more activity.
About
Building commercial capability for technical markets
Locatix is a specialized enterprise pipeline company for technical B2B and B2G markets.
We help companies selling complex, high-value products identify the accounts that matter, create entry points, develop opportunities, and build the commercial systems required to do it repeatedly.
Origin
Locatix started in geospatial, but the commercial instinct came earlier.
Justin GriffioenFounder, LocatixJustin grew up in the Netherlands and started selling door-to-door before moving into spatial planning, GIS consulting, marketing, and eventually enterprise business development.
Working in technical markets revealed a recurring imbalance: companies could be exceptionally sophisticated in what they built while remaining surprisingly unsystematic in how they took it to market. They had engineers, domain experts, technology and IP. What they often lacked was the commercial machinery around it.
Locatix was created to build that machinery. There is also something distinctly Dutch in how we think: a small home market looking outward across navigation, mapping, engineering, and logistics, then operating far beyond its borders.
Today we apply that thinking to enterprise markets: operators, intelligence, technology, media and systems to penetrate strategic accounts and develop opportunities systematically.
Mission
We believe companies building serious technical products should have commercial organizations capable of matching them.
01
Technical markets produce companies with real differentiation. Too often the commercial organization around that strength does not keep pace. Locatix exists to close that gap with capability, not more activity.
02
Build commercial capability for technical B2B and B2G markets: identify the accounts that matter, create entry points, develop opportunities, and install the systems required to do it repeatedly.
03
If it materially affects the commercial outcome, we own it. Research, outbound, calling, proof, follow-up, RFx, messaging, multi-threading, pipeline progression, and systems. Channel activity is not the objective.
04
Not a calendar full of meetings disconnected from revenue. Qualified opportunities in strategically important accounts, supported by proof and intelligence, progressing through a system that improves with every cycle.
Vision
Our ambition is to build the world’s best enterprise pipeline operation for technical markets.
01
Not another generic lead-gen agency. A commercial operating company that deploys serious pipeline capability in difficult technical markets, and becomes the reference for how that work should be done.
02
We operate from Europe across enterprise, government, infrastructure, utilities, and regulated industries. Geospatial is our origin. The commercial problem is the same: complex products, long cycles, many stakeholders, and procurement that demands proof.
03
Technical enterprise sales is a craft. We want Locatix to be one of the best environments in Europe to learn it: operators who can run difficult accounts, build systems, and create real pipeline where most agencies fail.
04
Knowledge becomes process. Repeated work becomes infrastructure. Playbooks become product. We are building toward an organization where pipeline, authority, and systems compound for clients, operators, and the markets we serve.
Approach
Authority, pipeline, and clients as one flywheel.
01
Map the market, ICP, buying committee, and signals before you push volume.
02
Outbound, calling, RFx, events, and proof — whichever route opens the account.
03
Multi-thread, follow up, and keep building the opportunity as circumstances change.
04
Feed learning back into messaging, targeting, and process so the next cycle is stronger.
Beliefs
Four standards that shape how we work in client markets.
01
If something materially affects the commercial outcome, we take responsibility for it. Our work does not stop at a narrow channel or job description.
02
Activity matters only when it contributes to something commercially meaningful. Pipeline, opportunities, strategic access, and revenue are the outcomes that matter.
03
Important enterprise accounts rarely move because of one perfectly timed email. We research, call, follow up, multi-thread, and re-enter when timing changes.
04
Exceptional people matter, but a serious organization cannot depend on individual heroics. Knowledge becomes process. Every engagement should make the system better.
By their fruit you will recognize them.
